Background

Upon earning my BFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago I then worked on my BS at Calumet College of St. Joseph, Whiting Indiana in Art Education. I am now an elementary art teacher for Crown Point Community Schools, Solon Robinson Elementary school in Indiana. I have been teaching for 25 years. I also teach a weekly Zentangle class in the evenings. I am an avid cat advocate and have 7 cats indoor and 2 feral outdoor through TNR. I have been riding horses since I was 5 years old, and currently have Roy who I love dearly and enjoy spending time with him.

I am married and have 1 son.
